You will find our special conditions below - everything else is regulated in the hotel contract conditions. 

For all bookings we guarantee that you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival if the following reasons:

  • You yourself have tested positive for Covid 19 or are in quarantine 
  • Covid 19 does not allow us to operate on site

If one of these cases occurs, we will cancel your booking free of charge.

Cancellation conditions for individual travelers from November 2021 on

In the event of cancellation by the guest in the period between the booking and the 30th day before the agreed arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 20% of the agreed total price.
Cancellations no later than 21 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price;
Cancellations no later than 15 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price;
Cancellations no later than 8 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price;
Cancellations less than 7 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price;
Cancellation one day before arrival or on the day of arrival (or in the case of no show):
100% of the agreed total price;

  • The cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration and must be in the hands of the accommodation provider at the latest within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival date of the guest (s).

  • If the booked room is not taken over for the agreed period without a cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.

  • The agreed price is that for accommodation, meals and other booked services.

  • If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage only refers to the agreed price for the unoccupied or canceled beds.

Regulation in the event of early departure of the guest

In the event of early departure of the guest (s), the guest (s) is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and to pay 100% of the agreed price for the agreed remaining but not used services.

  • Group travelers are considered to be people traveling together who are viewed as one unit by the customer and the person staying.

  • A group is a travel group with a minimum of 15 participants.

  • The customer must inform the accommodation provider of the number of guests by means of a written notification (rooming list) no later than 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date of the guests.

  • If reservations of individual members of a travel group or the entire travel group are canceled, the above-mentioned cancellation conditions for individual travelers apply.
